If you purchase a product and find within 72 hours the price has dropped, we will refund the difference.
-Order cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation, you will be eligible for a full refund.
-Cancellation after 24 hours of payment confirmation: you will get a partial refund consisting of 90% of the item price and the full shipping cost (if have).
-Once your order has been shipped,it can no longer be cancelled.

Your satisfaction is our goal. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment of the ordered product under the following circumstances:
For whatever reason if you are unsatisfied with your order within 15 days you can return it to us in new condition for a refund. (But you must return the item at your own expense, and the item must be unused)
If the following happens, we will not refund:
Due to factors within your control, your order cannot be reached (for example, providing the wrong shipping address)
Due to special circumstances beyond our control (for example, unsettled customs, delays caused by natural disasters), your order did not arrive.
Items Damaged in Transit
If items were visibly damaged on receipt, we kindly ask you to support us by accepting the parcel and contacting us within 15 days, as well as providing us with the proof as following:
1. Photos of the front and back sides of the packaging box
2. Photo, video, screenshot of the defective item
3. Photo, video, screenshot of the defect or defective area
